Brand new in sealed factory packaging. You will receive 2 cameras 2 batteries. These are battery powered units so you can mount them anywhere. You can actually put two batteries in each camera for extra time between recharging. You can also get a solar charger that just plugs in the back. Extra batteries and the solar panels are available cheap on Amazon. I actually have a few of these on my RING system and am impressed with their performance. I included an actual screenshot of one I am using way in the back of my property. I was worried that my WIFI was not strong enough but connected no problem. I have 2 batteries installed and should not need to recharge for a few months.
