This is missing the hinged back plate and weather shield. All photos are of the actual item you will receive and the license plate photo was taken with this camera. The PTZ, IR-Cut filter, and SD card slot (SD card NOT included) have all been tested and work as they should. What’s Included: Camera Only If it’s not pictured, it’s not included. Side Note: The P5414-E model of camera must be positioned with the dome down during the startup sequence or it will give an error and not boot properly.
